What does Prince Charming want from a banking website? We designed and developed a new kingdom on the web for the Partner's Federal Credit Union that the prince should love. The site was designed with Disney vogue and was engineered to offer members easily accessible features and benefits that appeal directly to their immediate needs.
Challenge:
Partner's website needed a full re-modelling to architect a better experience for their members. The website design aesthetic and brand identity needed a refresher. The current site structure required an update with a new, intuitive flow of information and layout. It required specific and actionable pathways to pertinent information with cross-selling opportunities sprinkled into dedicated organic areas within the site.
Solution:
The mouse would be proud. The finished Partner's Federal Credit Union brand and website literally sparkles with Disney spirit and usability. Members are presented with the tools to achieve their dreams through a site that is engineered to offer easily accessible features and benefits that appeal directly to their immediate needs. Instead of only categorizing sections by financial product, Partner's new site is organized based on how people use their services. There is also an all-new educational section featuring articles, resource pages and seminar listings.
