National Addy Award

NeoPangea may be an agency outsider, but our slick handiwork can sure pack a big wallop. Rising to the American Advertising Federation's call to arms "The size of your agency, your title or your market does not dictate the size of your ideas!", NeoPangea skillfully added another National ADDY to the trophy shelf. This time they took home an Addy in the Advertising for the Arts & Sciences — Broadcast/Electronic — Interactive category for the National Geographic Channel's 3D Migration Globe.

Explore the migratory patterns of twelve different animals from space. Select a land or sea dwelling animal and fly to its global position. The animal's current location and migration path is revealed as fluid, arching streams of light. Details about the creature and its travels are also provided to make you feel brainy.

"First you get the ADDY, which is great, but being on stage, wearing that tiara was magical", jokingly stated NeoPangea Creative Director Brett Bagenstose. "We are proud and grateful to accept this National ADDY Award and we hope to win the swimsuit category in 2012!"

The ADDY Awards Competition is a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation. The ADDY Awards Competition is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition for creative excellence. Of the 1382 entries received for this year at the national level of the three tiered competition, 87 professional gold ADDY Awards and 156 professional silver ADDY Awards were presented. Entries were judged based on creativity, originality and creative strategy.
